The Lord told Joseph Smith how to build the Kirtland Temple: “Let the house be built, not after the manner of the world, … let it be built after the manner which I shall show” (Doctrine and Covenants 95:13–14).
Just like the Lord helped the early Saints construct a beautiful building, He can help you become the best version of yourself!

Your soul is made up of your body and your spirit. As you take care of both—using them to follow the Savior and connecting with others who do the same—you will grow stronger spiritually and physically.
And with the Lord’s help, you’ll be able to conquer whatever challenges come your way!
