Here are a few resources to start with.

When you’re physically sick or hurt, what do you do? Hopefully you rest and try to help your body heal. You might learn more about your injury or illness. Maybe you end up needing to see a doctor and taking medicine.

Guess what? The same process applies to mental health and emotional wellness. We do what we can to be well. And sometimes we need extra help from others.

Here are some Church resources you can begin exploring today as part of your wellness journey.

If you feel like you need some extra help—and especially if you are thinking about hurting yourself or someone else—talk to a professional right away. Many countries have crisis help lines that are confidential and free of charge. Check the numbers for your country here.

Don’t give up! Keep turning to the Savior and surround yourself with encouraging people. There is hope.
